Required documents include the marriage certificate and Aadhar card for both partners. The Hindu Marriage Act governs the registration process, and proposals must be submitted within a year. Couples with a Dalit partner will receive 2.5 lakh. The applicants should also provide their Aadhar Card and joint bank account documents.
