About Rajya Fasal Rahat Yojana

Despite the state’s severe drought, more than 10,000 farmers in Jharkhand have signed up for the Jharkhand State Jharkhand Fasal Rahat Yojana (JRFRY). This state government plan features a clause that allows for the provision of financial aid to farmers in the event of a natural catastrophe. 

Following an evaluation of the crop damage, the state government would disburse three to four thousand rupees per acre to the farmers from its budget. The state government’s previous cabinet gave its approval to this scheme.

The government will examine any natural disasters or accidents based on the farmers’ petitions. For crop losses of between 30 and 50 percent and greater than 50 percent, the government would compensate three thousand and four thousand rupees per acre, respectively. There would be a five-acre limit for this.

Farmers will only be able to collect a maximum of 15 thousand to 20 thousand rupees for crop loss. Through DBT, this amount will be sent to the farmers’ accounts. You must complete the registration process online to obtain the benefits.
